What types of Pokémon TCG products do you offer?

At PokeRobot we try to sell both English and Japanese Products ranging from Sealed Product to Set Accessories

Are your products authentic?

100% Yes, we take pride in making sure our products are 100% authentic

 
Do you sell sealed products, singles, or both?

Both, Check out both the Sealed and Singles pages 

 
Do you offer pre-orders for upcoming sets?

Not at the moment, this is something we are hoping to be able offer soon 

 
How often do you restock items?

We try to restock the website as often as we can, but we can't know exact when we will receive the products 

 
Do you ship internationally?

We only ship to the UK at the moment 

 
How long will it take to receive my order?

I aim to have products delivered in 3-5 working days

 
Can I track my order?

Yes, after an order is shipped, you will receive an update on tracking information

 
What do I do if my order arrives damaged or incomplete?

You will need to complete a form on the contact us page of the website, and send the item back to us through the instructions you will receive.

Can I cancel my order after it’s been placed?
You will need to complete a form on the contact us page of the website, and send the item back to us through the instructions you will receive. 
 
How do you grade the condition of your cards?

Cards will be ranked by the following

Near Mint, Light play, Moderate play and Heavy play, all will be shown in the item title.

 
Do you sell graded cards?

Not at the moment, but something we will look into bringing to PokeRobot in the future

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unopened, sealed and in their original packaging

For single cards, returns will only be accepted if the card was damaged during shipping or does  not match the product description.

Prood of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt) is required.​​​
